This webinar (50 min, in French) aims to inform and equip health social services professionals and personnel.e.who work with caregivers and their families about the mistreatment of caregivers. Researcher Sophie Éthier provides an overview of the findings from a research initiative carried out in conjunction with the Regroupement des aidants naturel du Québec (RANQ, now Proche aidance Québec) and funded by the Québec ami des aînés (QADA) program. She also presents the toolkit developed under the project, including the poster designed to be used during interventions with caregivers. The webinar originally aired on March 11, 2020 as a Communauté de pratique Proche aidance (Community of Practice on Caregiving) event.
