Raising awareness about young caregivers and the challenges they face (academic difficulties, stigma, loneliness, time constraints, etc.).
Encouraging young carers to seek support by promoting both social recognition and self-recognition of their role.
Normalizing conversations about young caregiving in schools and community settings.
