The Communauté de pratique en proche aidance (CdP Proche aidance) and the Quebec Observatory on Caregiving invite you to attend a presentation on April 16 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Teams, focusing on the trajectory of cancer caregivers.
This caregiving trajectory, developed by our team in collaboration with Sylvie Lambert’s research team and the Organisme de soutien aux proches aidants en oncologie du Québec (OSPAOQ), provides a better understanding of the key moments experienced by caregivers, as well as the challenges and needs associated with these different stages. It also offers suggestions for better supporting and recognizing caregivers in this context.
This presentation will provide an overview of this trajectory, to inform the reflections of the groupe d’expertise en oncologie (oncology expert group) of the CdP Proche aidance on current practices, thereby helping to identify gaps in the support provided to caregivers.
