This research summary (3 pages) looks at the caregiving experiences of Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (2SLGBTQ+) individuals who are employed in Canada, with a specific focus on quality of life and workplace support.

The findings are based on a survey and a series of focus group encounters with 2SLGBTQ+ caregivers. Participants were asked about their lived experiences and the implementation of the CSA workplace standard designed to support and empower caregivers.
