The infographic is part of our special website section on caregiving trajectories. Focused on the potential challenges facing different groups of caregivers in their journey of care, the section sets out to provide the kind of “big picture” perspective that will help pinpoint the moments when support is most needed as well as determine the most appropriate resources.
