Released yearly, this series of watch bulletins presents an analytical review of the studies on caregiving or caregivers published by Quebec-based researchers. Each bulletin highlights the themes, key findings, trends and practices emerging from the scientific literature over a given period. The resulting knowledge is used to inform decision-making and action by policy-makers, professionals, and members of the scientific community in Quebec, across Canada and internationally.
To produce the bulletin, the Observatory compiles a list of Quebec researchers and updates it annually. The list formed the basis for a literature search, with all articles selected for the bulletin subsequently categorized by theme.
