This report (24 pages) explores the adoption of recommendations to better support Canadian workers who juggle caregiving responsibilities. The recommendations are drawn from the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Caregiver Inclusive and Accommodating Organizations Standard.

The findings are based on 17 qualitative interviews with key stakeholders (unions, non-profit organizations, government, academia and major employers) across Canada. The report also discusses the challenges to incorporating caregiver-inclusive practices in the workplace.
