This research brief (4 pages) explores the availability of and access to caregiver-friendly workplace programs in Quebec.
The study was based on a survey conducted with 122 managers from various Quebec organizations, as well as eight semi-structured interviews with managers who had supervised one or more employee caregivers in the past year.
