This series of publications (in French) presents the rapid responses developed by Quebec’s Institut national d’excellence en santé et en services sociaux (INESSS) in collaboration with health and social service institutions. The context is the resumption of services in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal was to identify priority needs and the actions to implement for different populations.

The responses were prepared at the request of the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) during the public health emergency brought on by the pandemic in Quebec.

Each publication focuses on a specific group and incorporates the caregiving perspective to varying degrees, depending on the topic.
