In this latest issue, the Observatory presents a retrospective of the year 2023 and provides an overview of current and upcoming projects for the year 2024. It announces two new infographics on the realities of caregivers, as well as the creation of a scientific monitoring bulletin.

In honour of Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, the Observatory highlights publications from its collaborators that explore the experiences, repercussions and support available for people caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s disease or a neurocognitive disorder, and takes a look at news from the caregiving field in Quebec.

The most recent edition of the Journée nationale de concertation en proche aidance took place on October 1 in Saint-Hyacinthe.
