Ce webinaire (48 min) présente un nouvel outil de référencement, Référence aidance Québec, qui permet aux professionel·e·s d’identifier et de référer les personnes proches aidantes d’aînées. Le webinaire débute par une présentation de différents profils de personnes proches aidantes d’aînées. Ensuite, l’outil ainsi que le contexte législatif et politique dans lequel il a été développé sont expliqués. Le webinaire se poursuit par une simulation de l’utilisation de Référence aidance Québec. Il se termine en présentant les services qui seront offerts aux personnes proches aidantes suite à un référencement. Le webinaire a été diffusé le 20 janvier 2022 dans le cadre de la Communauté de pratique en proche aidance.
