This webinar (47 min, in French) reports on projects carried out with caregivers in the Quebec health and social services system (RSSS) in response to measure 48 of the government action plan for caregivers. The measure calls for RSSS establishments to work with caregivers on implementing and evaluating innovative strategies with a view to improving governance and developing services (including direct services) to support caregivers.

Using mapping and a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis, the webinar presents a snapshot of the 35 projects underway in various CISSS and CIUSSS establishments. Findings are based on feedback from the teams in charge of the projects inventoried by the Université de Montréal’s Centre of Excellence on Partnership with Patients and the Public (CEPPP).

The webinar originally aired on February 6, 2024 as a Communauté de pratique Proche aidance event.
