This statistical report (70 pages, in French) provides a snapshot of caregiving in Quebec, seen through the lens of gender-based differences in caregiving situations. Its contents can also be accessed on a microsite.

The report is divided into five sections:

The document is based on data from the 2012 Statistics Canada General Social Survey (GSS) – Caregiving and Care Receiving. ‎ Note that the GSS’s most recent caregiving data are from 2018.
