As part of National Caregivers Week 2023 (November 5 to 11), several organizations will come together to celebrate the vital contribution of caregivers, not just to their loved ones but also to society as a whole. To mark the annual event, many of our collaborators have organized activities to honour caregivers and raise awareness of their many different realities.
Here are some activities the Observatory will attend as a presenter, exhibitor, or participant:
- November 6 to 8, Ottawa – Canadian Caregiving Summit, hosted by the Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence (CCCE). Cindy Starnino, administrative director of the Observatory, will be speaking on two panels: Learning from Quebec (November 7 at 2:30 p.m.) and Policy innovations acress Canada (November 8 at 1:30 p.m.)
