This report (34 pages, in French) examines home hospitalization pilot projects in Quebec and highlights the main challenges associated with this care model.  The findings are based on a literature review, complemented by input from various stakeholders, including professionals, health and social services administrators, service users, caregivers, and members of the public. The results can help guide health and social services institutions in implementing their own home hospitalization projects.
