This webinar (35 min, in French) discusses the challenges facing young caregivers in higher education and how they can be better supported. Presented by the ISMÉ (Initiative sur la santé mentale étudiante en enseignement supérieur), the webinar is based on a case study: Aider sans filtre, a project by CAP santé mentale. This Quebec-based initiative aims to promote well-being among young people aged 12 to 29 who support a someone with mental health challenges. The project includes three components: individual support, partnerships with community stakeholders, and raising awareness about young caregivers.
