What is a caregiving trajectory?

A caregiving trajectory is a diagram that charts the key moments, transitions and challenges experienced by different kinds of caregivers in the course of providing care to a loved one or family member.

Why create this section on our website?

By highlighting the key turning points and challenges that different groups of caregivers may experience throughout their caregiving trajectory, this section on our website aims to provide the kind of “big picture” perspective that will make it easier to pinpoint the moments when support is most needed as well as determine the most appropriate resources.

Learn more about the various caregiving trajectories by clicking on the images at the top of the page.
