This online resource (in French) aims to support the parent caregivers of special-needs children during the transition to adulthood. It provides information on financial and legal aspects, as well as on health and community services, to help simplify the process and guide both parents and professionals through the administrative complexities of the period.

Based on both professional input and lived experience, and developed by an advisory committee consisting of organizations, notaries and parents, the tool was instigated by Boris Mayer-St-Onge in response to the challenges he faced during his daughter’s transition.
