This report (226 pages, in French) offers a peer-support model for helping caregivers from ethnocultural minorities and English-speaking communities (PAGEMA caregivers) navigate services.
The model was developed through a collaborative process involving PAGEMA caregivers and partners from both the health & social services and community sectors. The document is intended for managers and decision-makers involved in the development, implementation and management of peer navigation programs for PAGEMA caregivers.
