Cette consultation s’est déroulée en deux volets. D’abord, un sondage a été diffusé par courriel au sein d’organismes communautaires œuvrant auprès des personnes issues de communautés ethnoculturelles et de langue anglaise. Ensuite, des membres de ces mêmes organismes ont été invités à participer à une rencontre pour donner leur avis sur les besoins et les enjeux rencontrés par ces personnes. À partir des résultats recueillis, des pistes d’actions ont été formulées.
