In this webinaire (43 min, in French), psychologist Laurence Villeneuve shares her clinical experience as part of the BPSD team (behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia) at the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal. Focused on caregiver support in a geriatric care setting, she sets out to define the profile and needs of the caregivers who use these services with a view to improving both carer engagement and the support offered. The webinar is aimed primarily at those who provide health care or support services to caregivers in geriatric care settings. It first aired on April 26, 2022 as part of a Community of Practice (CoP) on Caregiving event.
