This online resource kit (in French) created by L’Appui pour les proches aidants presents winning practices for professionals and case workers who support caregivers. “Winning practices” — tactics that are effective in responding to caregivers’ varied needs — include service development and delivery as well as recommended approaches.  The practices are grouped under different topics:  

A toolbox is also available.  Based on an in-depth literature review for each topic studied as well as on semi-structured qualitative interviews and focus groups with community organizationsthe information has been validated by managers, caregivers and caregiving stakeholders.
