Today, November 1, our Administrative Director, Cindy Starnino, concludes her mandate with the Observatory. As Director, Cindy was present from the start to guide and oversee the work leading up to the creation of the Observatory. Her expertise in the field of caregiving, her rigour, her clear vision and her leadership have enabled the Observatory to lay solid foundations and ensure the continuity of its mission. Our warmest thanks go to Cindy for her invaluable contribution, and her time spent with us.

In the same spirit, we are pleased to announce the arrival of To Nhu Nguyen as the new Administrative Director of the Observatory. To Nhu has over 20 years of professional experience, including more than 10 years as a manager and member of senior management in healthcare establishments with an academic mission. She is currently Director of Academic Affairs and Research Ethics at the CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal. We look forward to working alongside her. Welcome To Nhu!
