New Release: Financial Support for Caregivers Fact Sheet

This fact sheet aims to inform decision-makers and those who work with caregivers and care receivers about the kinds of caregiver support available.

You are a caregiver and you are wondering what financial support you are entitled to? Do you know someone who is a caregiver and would like to learn more about the financial challenges of caregiving?

Developed jointly by the Quebec Observatory on Caregiving and the Centre for Research and Expertise in Social Gerontology (CREGÉS), this fact sheet summarizes the different forms of financial support available to caregivers in Quebec.

It also addresses the challenges related to accessing support, explores the impacts such support may have, and proposes various avenues for action to decision makers and professionals who work with caregivers and care receivers.
