Recent investigations conducted by the Observatory offer valuable insights into caregiver recognition and self-identification, particularly regarding the definition of, benefits of and challenges to recognizing the role. This work has also led to a compilation of practices from here and elsewhere to encourage recognition.<\/p>\n<p>The findings were recently published in a <a href=\"https:\/\/observatoireprocheaidance.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/2023_10_final-web-OQPA_RapportRechercheReconaissance_v1.03.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>report<\/strong><\/a> (in French) entitled \u201c<em>La reconnaissance et l\u2019autoreconnaissance: enjeux et pratiques<\/em>\u201d and were also the focus of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uzpTdYgnYRc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>webinar<\/strong><\/a> (in French) produced jointly with the Communaut\u00e9 de pratique Proche
