(Caregivers at the Heart of Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Understanding Their Trajectory to Better Support Them).<\/p>\n<p>During this presentation, we will discuss caregiving in palliative and end-of-life care for adults, highlighting the pivotal moments and challenges faced by caregivers, as well as the importance of establishing communication and partnership with care teams early on.<\/p>\n<p>The information presented is drawn from a literature review, a workshop with caregivers, and several working sessions organized in collaboration with Proche aidance Qu\u00e9bec with a
