But in practice, this is not always easy: What exactly is meant by the term \u201ccaregiver\u201d? Who does it include? What does the concept of support or disability cover? Definitions may vary from one setting to another.<\/p>\n<p>To address this issue, the Quebec Observatory on Caregiving is proposing to co-develop a caregiving terminology in French: a set of shared and structured definitions designed to be used by all those involved with caregivers (professionals, researchers, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>In this first phase of the project, the Observatory invites professionals and researchers to complete a\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/DesignPageV2.aspx?prevorigin=shell&amp;origin=NeoPortalPage&amp;subpage=design&amp;id=KP7hBotfdUC_bK4kvhp5kumvHqU0aGtAj1_yzKIognpUNjdJTkdXN0RSRTc3MzVPSEpZNTk3Q0M3SS4u&amp;topview=Prefill\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">short survey <\/a><\/strong>(10 minutes). The purpose of the survey is to identify terms that need to be clarified.
