Ce dossier Web rassemble des infographies interactives repr\u00e9sentant le v\u00e9cu de diff\u00e9rents groupes de personnes proches aidantes sous forme de trajectoire. Il met de l\u2019avant les moments cl\u00e9s<\/strong>, les transitions<\/strong> et les d\u00e9fis<\/strong> que peuvent vivre les personnes proches aidantes et les facteurs contextuels<\/strong> et sociod\u00e9mographiques<\/strong> pouvant influencer leurs exp\u00e9riences. Ainsi, il permet d\u2019identifier les moments charni\u00e8res o\u00f9 il est crucial d\u2019offrir du soutien et des services aux personnes proches aidantes. \u00c0 terme, ce dossier permettra d\u2019identifier les points communs et les divergences entre les diverses trajectoires, orientant ainsi la cr\u00e9ation de services, de programmes et de politiques en faveur de plusieurs groupes de personnes proches aidantes.
