href=\"https:\/\/www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/document\/cs\/R-1.1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Act to recognize and support caregivers<\/a>. The Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et des Services sociaux (MSSS) entrusted the Observatory\u2019s coordination and administration to the Sant\u00e9 Qu\u00e9bec Centre-Ouest-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al \u2013 Universitaire. <\/p>\n<p>The Observatory is one of the structuring measures set out in the Quebec government\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.msss.gouv.qc.ca\/msss\/document-003000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">national policy for caregivers<\/a>. It also features in the <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.msss.gouv.qc.ca\/msss\/document-004013\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2026\u20132031 government action plan<\/a> to support research
