The document outlines the primary needs of those who were the caregivers of long-term care facility residents during the pandemic and suggests various possible approaches to managers and decision-makers. Written by Margaux Reiss, the report is based on a grey and scientific literature review as well as on expert consultations. A related <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/observatoireprocheaidance.ca\/caregiving-knowledge-portal\/covid-19-mieux-soutenir-les-personnes-proches-aidantes-de-residents-en-chsld\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">webinar<\/a><\/strong> aired in February 2021, in collaboration with the Communaut\u00e9 virtuelle de pratique Continuum A\u00een\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Given the rapid evolution of
