The practice was implemented in the territory covered by the Centre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de sant\u00e9 et de services sociaux (CISSS) de l\u2019Outaouais. The document is divided in two sections. The first describes the practice, its interest for stakeholders and what it brings to existing caregiver services. The second aims to serve as a springboard for discussion on how best to apply the practice in different settings. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">N.B. It is one of nine guides in a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/observatoireprocheaidance.ca\/en\/best-practices-compendium-to-support-and-promote-full-recognition-of-caregivers-of-older-adults-in-french\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">best practices compendium<\/a><\/strong> that covers a range of caregiving topics.
