The diversity of lived experience was an area of special focus. Sixty-eight (68) caregivers from four regions of Quebec who care for a person with a mental health disorder (MSD), an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or an age-related issue responded to an online survey. Individual interviews were subsequently conducted with a sample of 20 caregivers. The qualitative analysis forms the basis of the article. L\u2019objectif de l\u2019\u00e9tude \u00e9tait de documenter le v\u00e9cu des personnes proches aidantes (PPA), notamment en milieu rural, afin de mieux comprendre les impacts de la crise sanitaire sur leur r\u00f4le de soutien, en portant une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s v\u00e9cues. Soixante-huit (68) PPA de 4 r\u00e9gions du Qu\u00e9bec qui prennent soin d\u2019une personne pr\u00e9sentant un trouble de sant\u00e9 mentale (TSM), un trouble du spectre de l\u2019autisme (TSA) ou un probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 au vieillissement ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 un sondage en ligne. Des entrevues individuelles ont par la suite \u00e9t\u00e9 conduites aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon de 20 PPA. Les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans l'article portent sp\u00e9cifiquement sur l\u2019analyse des entrevues qualitatives.
