The diversity of lived experience was an area of special focus. Sixty-eight (68) caregivers from four regions of Quebec who care for a person with a mental health disorder (MSD), an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or an age-related issue responded to an online survey. Individual interviews were subsequently conducted with a sample of 20 caregivers. The qualitative analysis forms the basis of the article. The article and its infographics were published in the R\u00e9seau Qualaxia journal Quintessence (Vol. 13, No. 3, June 2022). <\/span><span
