Arising from the related national policy launched in 2021, it lays out the government\u2019s commitments in terms of recognizing and supporting caregivers. The presentation goes over the measures to be implemented during the period covered by the plan; its target audience is caregiving stakeholders in every sector: government departments and agencies, health &amp; social services establishments, university institutes and community organizations. The webinar presents the national policy, then discusses the plan\u2019s 61 measures as they relate to its four pillars and 12 strategic orientations. Ce plan, qui d\u00e9coule de la Politique nationale de 2021, engage l\u2019action gouvernementale dans la reconnaissance et le soutien que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise souhaite offrir aux personnes proches aidantes. Cette pr\u00e9sentation a pour objectif de sensibiliser les minist\u00e8res et organismes, les \u00e9tablissements du r\u00e9seau de la sant\u00e9 et des services sociaux, les instituts universitaires et les organismes communautaires aux mesures qui seront mises en place au cours des cinq ann\u00e9es que couvre le plan. Elle s\u2019adresse donc \u00e0 tous les acteurs en proche aidance issus de ces diff\u00e9rents secteurs. Dans un premier temps, la politique nationale pour les personnes proches aidantes est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e, pour ensuite discuter des 61 mesures du plan d\u2019action li\u00e9es aux 4 axes et aux 12 orientations de la politique.
