It highlights the challenges related to\u00a0caregiver\u00a0recognition and support,\u00a0and\u00a0explores how\u00a0the role\u00a0might be formalized\u00a0through\u00a0measures based on existing\u00a0employment\u00a0frameworks.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The report\u00a0also\u00a0sets out\u00a010\u00a0rights-based\u00a0principles\u00a0to guide\u00a0these measures while\u00a0promoting\u00a0fair,\u00a0equitable\u00a0and sustainable conditions for caregivers and\u00a0all\u00a0other\u00a0stakeholders involved.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The content was developed\u00a0following a series of\u00a0consultations\u00a0organized by the\u00a0Eurocarers\u00a0Policy Working Group\u00a0between May\u00a02023\u00a0and September\u00a02024.<\/span><span
