It\u00a0examines\u00a0the services available to caregivers at transplant centers, their\u00a0utilization\u00a0rates,\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0system\u2019s\u00a0remaining\u00a0gaps and disparities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The findings are based on a national survey conducted in May 2024 with 114 transplant centres on their caregiver support practices,\u00a0programs\u00a0and resources.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_button_module_wrapper
