It\u00a0sets out\u00a0six priorities and\u00a0guidelines,\u00a0highlights\u00a0emerging\u00a0developments\u00a0and offers\u00a0corresponding\u00a0recommendations.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Quebec\u2019s\u00a0health ministry,\u00a0the\u00a0Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et des Services\u00a0sociaux\u00a0(MSSS), mandated the\u00a0Institut\u00a0national\u00a0d\u2019excellence\u00a0en\u00a0sant\u00e9 et services\u00a0sociaux\u00a0(INESSS)\u00a0to conduct the study. The countries\u00a0examined\u00a0were\u00a0selected\u00a0for\u00a0the following\u00a0reasons:\u00a0they had\u00a0had\u00a0an action plan on neurocognitive disorders since\u00a0at least\u00a02019;\u00a0there was sufficient documentation on the\u00a0matter;\u00a0and their health system was\u00a0similar to\u00a0Quebec\u2019s.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><br
