The study examines the life paths of these caregivers and analyzes their decision-making processes with a view to shedding light on their often-overlooked role in the professional world. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335559739\":0}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The findings are based on a qualitative survey conducted between October 2019 and January 2020 with 24 caregivers. Their testimonies, collected during semi-structured interviews lasting an average of one hour, have helped identify the challenges and needs associated with balancing care-related responsibilities and
