access to and use of services in Quebec.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It highlights the individual, relational and systemic factors that both facilitate and hinder access and offers recommendations for service development <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> in the Quebec public health system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The fact sheet is based on
