Its goal is to clarify the concept of respite and provide practical tools to help identify, assess and support caregivers more effectively.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The report was produced by France\u2019s Haute Autorit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9 (HAS), an independent public health authority with a scientific mandate.
